CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

1. CHECK OUT TIME

• Cleaning is scheduled for the time you selected on your check-in form.

• You received a copy by email — please verify your departure time.

• If you want to change it (no later than 11:00 AM), please notify your host the day before so we can reschedule cleaning.

• According to condominium rules, a $20 USD fee applies for every 15 minutes of delay.

2. BEFORE LEAVING THE UNIT

Please make sure to:

• Leave the safe box open.

• Do not turn off the air conditioning.

• Leave all towels provided upon arrival inside the unit.

• Check your personal belongings before leaving.

• Cut the wristbands and leave them next to the snack basket.

  • Resort staff requires them for inspection.

  • Missing wristbands may incur a $15 USD fee per band.

• Close and lock the door when you leave.
  No one will come to meet you; our supervisor will inspect the unit later.

3. TRASH DISPOSAL

If you want to take out the trash you can place it in plastic bags and leave it inside the “Staff Only” room located on each floor:

• Floor 1 – next to room 1111

• Floor 2 – next to room 1209

• Floor 3 – next to room 1309

• Floor 4 – next to room 1409

• Floor 5 – next to room 1507

• Floor 6 – next to room 1607

4. STAYING AFTER 11:00 AM

• You may stay in the common areas until 3:00 PM.

• Keep your wristbands on until you leave.

• Before leaving the resort, drop your wristbands in the drop box located next to the luggage storage where you also can store your belongings until you leave. (Ask your host for the location and access code).

5. SNACKS & DRINKS

• If you consumed any snacks, drinks, or products, we’ll send you a detailed bill after departure.

• The condominium will charge the card on file or deduct the amount from your deposit.

• You can check prices anytime by scanning the QR code next to the products or on the refrigerator door.

6. WHEN LEAVING THE RESORT

If security asks for a departure ticket, simply tell them:“I’m an Airbnb guest, not a hotel guest.”
