DAMAGES​

We understand that accidents sometimes happen, however our accommodations operate under the vacation rental modality, so the costs related to damages that occur during a stay must be covered by the guest.

Regarding Towels, Sheets, Pillowcases, Mattress Protectors and Blankets, if they are stained, an additional cost will be charged for stain removal and, if even with the stain removal process the laundry cannot remove them, the replacement cost will also be charged.

Only in the case of reservations made through Airbnb, some of the damages whose repair or replacement cost is greater than $15 dollars can be covered by Airbnb AirCover insurance.
