IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER: 

 

The hotel receptionists do not know the time the accommodation will be ready. If you selected any time before 3:00 p.m. as arrival time, it does not mean that we will have the unit ready, as it will depend on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning time. If it is ready before 3pm we will let you know.

The accommodation must be vacated at the time selected by you in the pre-checkin form since cleaning will have been scheduled for that time. If you leave after the selected time, the condominium may apply a late departure penalty of $20 for every 15 minutes of delay. In case of delay of more than one hour, in addition to charging the corresponding penalty, the condominium reserves the right to evict the guest. If you change your mind and need to check out later than your selected time, you must request this no later than 11:00 p.m. the night before so we can reschedule the cleaning

It is not possible to select a departure time after 11 am however you can stay after that time in the common areas of the resort until 3 pm.

In all cases, it is possible that the resort bellboy can store your luggage if you need it, but it will depend on availability in the luggage hold.

We remind you that since you filled out and signed the online check-in form, you accept each and every one of the rules of the Park Royal hotel and the condominium that are published on our website, so we ask you if you have not already done so. check them carefully here
