PRIVATE SHUTTLE:
There is an Airport-Resort-Airport transportation through a company that provides this service to our guests with a cost per trip of $800 Mexican pesos for up to 8 people from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and $1,200 Mexican pesos for up to 8 people from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. There is a 5% additional fee when paying by card.  You can request it within 8 and no later than 2 days prior to your arrival at this link: transportation​​

AIRPORT TO THE CONDOMINIUM:
When you arrive at the airport, ask for the location of the ADO buses. You must take the Hotel Zone route to the PLAZA LA ISLA stop. They depart every hour from Terminals 2, 3, and 4, with a cost of $140 MXN (8 USD) per passenger and a travel time of approximately 40 minutes. The condominium is located inside the PARK ROYAL BEACH CANCUN resort, which is about 300 meters to the left across the street.

 

CONDOMINIUM TO THE AIRPORT:
The ADO buses depart from PLAZA LA ISLA 1 (cross the street from the resort and walk about 300 meters to the left) at the bus stop located in front of the main entrance of the plaza. They depart every hour with a cost of $160 MXN (9 USD) per passenger and a travel time of approximately 40 minutes.

The best positioned agency in Cancun is HERTZ. You can reserve online on their website, and don't forget to click on promotions before reserving www.hertzmexico.com

When you arrive for the vehicle, they will try to sell you insurance, but if your credit card provides protection for international vehicle rentals, you have the right to decline the insurance, although you must leave a guarantee with your credit card. If your decision is to decline insurance, do not be intimidated as the agent will insist because they make a profit and commissions by selling you the insurance.

To make an informed decision, confirm in advance your credit card coverage as well as the insurance options that Hertz will offer you, which you can consult on their website under the "additional" section and "rental conditions" section.
