THE BUILDING IS IN FRONT OF THE BEST BEACH IN CANCUN with white sand and low waves, in the middle of the hotel zone and 20 minutes from the airport. The Accommodation is located in a condominium within a resort with 2 swimming pools, a water park for children, an archaeological zone with authentic Mayan ruins within the same resort, Wi-Fi in all areas, parking and gym. Across the street is La Isla Shopping Mall with many restaurants, movie theaters, wax museum, aquarium, dolphinarium and more than 180 stores. RESORT FEE PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT TO COVER DAMAGES OR EXTRA EXPENSES
8 days prior to your arrival or immediately after your reservation if your arrival is earlier, you will receive a message with instructions to do an online pre-check-in where you will need to share an official ID, as well as choose the payment method for the resort fee of $10 USD per night for each guest over 12 years old and $5 USD per night for each child from 2 to 12 years old, which is mandatory, non-refundable and not included in the price of the accommodation. As well as the mandatory payment of a deposit of $100 USD to cover incidentals, which will be returned after checking out after charging extra charges or damages, if applicable. Neither the resort fee nor the deposit can be paid upon arrival since the resort where the condo is located only supports us with in-person check-ins but cannot charge any money in the name of the condo or ours.
Resort fee includes:

*Access to the 2 swimming pools in the resort.
*Access to the Palapas on the beach (subject to availability, as they arrive).
*Access to the kids water park with slides and water games.
*Access to authentic Mayan ruins within the resort.
*Activities and events at the resort. (subject to availability. some events may have an additional cost).
*Wireless Wi-Fi
*Parking for one vehicle per reservation (First come, first serve).

Note: Any of the resort areas or amenities may be closed without prior notice due to any circumstance beyond our control. The resort does not provide towels for our guests. You can find beach/pool towels inside the accommodation).

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to pay the resort fee or incidentals deposit upon arrival because the resort where the Airbnb is located cannot collect money on behalf of the condo.

Check-in instructions and code to open the property door will be sent to the primary guest once the condominium confirms to us that the incidental deposit and resort fee payment have been completed.

GYM:
There is a fully equipped gym with an extra fee of $6 per person per day to be paid at the resort reception. (subject to availability).

FOOD AND DRINKS:
Just across the street, in "LA ISLA" shopping mall, you will find lots of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. This is very convenient as the restaurants and bars inside the resort are not available to the condominium guests as they are "all-inclusive" and exclusive to the hotel guests.
​
For your comfort and convenience, the condominium has the Airbnb equipped with drinks and snacks at very affordable prices. You can take them to the beach in the little cooler that is in the closet. If you consume any, we will send you the breakdown after departure and the condominium will charge them to the card on file or deduct them from the deposit. You can check the prices by scanning the QR code located next to the products and on the refrigerator door. You can also bring your own food or drinks to the Airbnb if you wish.

The closest supermarket is called SORIANA and is in the "Plaza Kukulcan" shopping center about 3/4 mile away towards the airport.
TRANSPORTATION:
We offer Airport-Condo-Airport transportation through a company that provides this service to our guests with a cost per trip of $800 pesos for up to 8 people. You must request it at least 72 hours in advance at the following link: Transportation

SHOWS AND TOURS:
Coco Bongo offers our guests a 20% discount on their show packages. Applies to you and your companions. It is a show that cannot be missed and is only less than 4 miles away. If you are interested, you should contact or send a WhatsApp to the call center +52 998 577 4289, preferably one day in advance and tell them the date you are interested in attending, the number of people, the name of the person under whom the reservation will be made and mention the discount code OCEANFRONT AIRBNB. They will give you the details and payment methods.

For tours and tickets for other shows you can contact Lucca at +52 998-894-9999 and tell him that you are a guest at the Pirámide sol condominium. He runs a tour agency.
​
CHECKIN
The accommodation will be ready no later than 3pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can check in and enjoy the common areas of the resort or wait in the shopping center across the street until 3pm or until we notify you that it is ready.
​
CHECKOUT
The accommodation must be vacated at the time selected by you in the pre-checkin form since cleaning will have been scheduled for that time. If you leave after the selected time, the condominium may apply a late departure penalty of $20 for every 15 minutes of delay. In case of delay of more than one hour, in addition to charging the corresponding penalty, the condominium reserves the right to evict the guest. If you change your mind and need to check out later than your selected time, you must request this no later than 11:00 p.m. the night before so we can reschedule the cleaning.

If you need to stay at the resort after leaving the accommodation, you can do so until 3 p.m. In this case you must return the bracelets that were given to you at the reception just before leaving the resort.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Upon arrival and departure, the bellboy may be able to store your luggage if you need it, but it will depend on the space available in the resort's warehouse. (We are not responsible for your belongings).

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY:
The accommodation does not include daily cleaning service. Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure. If you require cleaning service during your stay, please notify me 48 hours in advance. It has an extra cost of $600 mexican pesos.
​
We offer laundry service upon request at a cost of $3 dollars per kilo. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and delivery is made 24 hours after picking it up.
INSECTS:
Due to the location of the condominium in the middle of so much vegetation and such a humid climate, there are insects that can enter the accommodation, such as mosquitoes, ants or field cockroaches. Although the Condominium and the interior of the accommodation are fumigated every month, if you detect any insects you must notify us as soon as possible so we can send someone to apply insecticide.

TOWELS:
The rental includes 2 towels per guest, one for the bathroom and one for the pool or beach. If you require a change of towels or sheets during your stay, you must request it 48 hours in advance and it will depend on whether or not our cleaning team will be at the resort on the day you require it, as sometimes we do not have departures and they cannot go specifically. to that since they live in the center of Cancun. The cost of changing towels is $2 dollars per towel and sheets are $5 dollars per bed. White towels cannot leave the unit and cannot be exchanged for hotel towels as the hotel towels are marked. Pool and beach towels must be returned to the apartment every day since if you forget them in those areas, the resort is not responsible for recovering them.

POLICIES AND RULES OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND THE RESORT:
​
* The number of people (adults and children) selected when making your reservation must exactly match the people who will check in upon arrival.
* Date changes are not accepted within 60 days prior to arrival date. Please review the cancellation policies.
* We do not accept reservations from people who book for family or friends and are not staying with them.
* Parties or pets are not accepted. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
* We are not responsible for valuables, so we ask you to keep them in the accommodation's safe deposit box.
* According to legislation in Mexico, the resort and accommodation are "SMOKE FREE" places. However, for your convenience there are some outdoor smoking places located in the common areas of the resort (please ask at reception or security staff). If you smoke inside the accommodation, you could be fined $125USD
* In Mexico, the consumption or sale of narcotics and the carrying of firearms is prohibited. Should guests engage in illegal activities, hotel security may be forced to call authorities.
* Extra laundry cost in case of stains: Mattress covers and blankets $5 USD each / Body or pool towels and sheets $3 USD each / Hand towels and pillowcases $2 USD each. Replacement costs: Body and pool towels $40 USD, hand towels and pillowcases $20 USD, Sheets $30 USD​ per set, Blankets and mattress covers $50 USD
* We ask that you take care of the common areas of the resort and the condominium and especially the Accommodation and its contents as if they were yours, since in the event of damage caused by you or your companions you could be responsible even beyond the deposit for unforeseen events.
