Please READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW to avoid confusions.

THE BUILDING IS IN FRONT OF THE BEST BEACH IN CANCUN with white sand and low waves, in the middle of the hotel zone and 20 minutes from the airport. The Accommodation is located in a condominium within a resort with 2 swimming pools, a water park for children, an archaeological zone with authentic Mayan ruins within the same resort, Wi-Fi in all areas, parking and gym. Across the street is La Isla Shopping Mall with many restaurants, movie theaters, wax museum, aquarium, dolphinarium and more than 180 stores.

DEPOSIT / HOLD FOR INCIDENTALS:
Prior to your arrival, the condominium will place a hold (pre authorization) of $200 on your credit card as a deposit to cover incidentals. This hold is mandatory and will be released no later than 7 days after your departure after deducting consumptions, extra expenses or damages if any.

​

RESORT FEE:

Prior to arrival, a resort fee must be paid to the condominium by credit card, which is mandatory during the stay and is not included in the accommodation. The fee is equivalent to 15% of your reservation amount. Upon arrival and after having paid the resort fee, you and your companions will receive an identification bracelet with which you will have access to the areas and services described below:

*Access to the beach
*Access to the resort's 2 pools.
*Access to the Palapas on the beach (subject to availability, as they arrive).
*Access to the water park for children with slides and water games.
*Access to the authentic Mayan ruins within the resort.
*Activities and events at the resort. (subject to availability. some events may have an additional cost).
*Wireless Wi-Fi
*Parking for one vehicle per reservation (spaces are assigned as they arrive).

Note: The resort does not provide towels for our guests. You can find beach/pool towels inside the accommodation).
 

Note: Any of the resort areas or amenities may be closed without prior notice due to any circumstance beyond our control.

​

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to pay the resort fee or damage deposit upon arrival because the resort where we are located cannot collect money on behalf of the condominium. 8 days before your arrival we will send you a message with the link to the condominium page where you can enter your credit card information, which we ask you to do preferably no later than 3 days before. If your arrival is before 8 days, we will send you a message through the messaging system on the page where you made your reservation so that you can do it immediately and have everything ready for your arrival.

Check-in instructions and code to open the property door will be sent to the primary guest once the condominium confirms to us that the incidental deposit and resort fee payment have been completed.

​

GYM:
There is a fully equipped gym with an extra fee of $6 per person per day to be paid at the resort reception. (subject to availability).

​

SNACKS & BEVERAGES

For your convenience, the condominium has left some snacks, drinks and other products for your consumption. You can check inventory and Prices by scanning the QR code next to the products and on the refrigerator door. If consumed, they will be charged to the registered card or deducted from the deposit. If the consumption is greater than $50 dollars which is the amount of the retention/deposit, we will send you the payment options.

FOOD & DRINK PACKAGES

The resort in which the Condo is located operates under the "All inclusive" modality so you are not able to consume in their restaurants or bars unless you pay for a food & drink package which are subject to availability and must be paid at the reception. But don't worry, at the shopping center across the street you will find many restaurant options for all budgets.

TRANSPORTATION:
We have Airport-Condo-Airport transportation through a company that provides this service to our guests with a cost per trip of $800 pesos for up to 8 people. You must request it at least 72 hours in advance at the following link: Transportation

SHOWS AND TOURS:
Coco Bongo offers our guests a 20% discount on their show packages. Applies to you and your companions. It is a show that cannot be missed and is only less than 4 miles away. If you are interested, you should contact or send a WhatsApp to the call center +52 998 577 4289, preferably one day in advance and tell them the date you are interested in attending, the number of people, the name of the person under whom the reservation will be made and mention the discount code OCEANFRONT AIRBNB. They will give you the details and payment methods.

For tours and tickets for other shows you can contact Lucca at +52 998-894-9999 and tell him that you are a guest at the Pirámide sol condominium. He runs a tour agency.

​

CHECK-IN

On the day of arrival you can check-in at any time and enjoy the common areas of the resort or wait in the shopping center across the street until the Airbnb is ready. We will do our best to have it ready before 3pm and if so we will notify you immediately. It will depend on whether the previous night was busy and the departure time of previous guests.

​

CHECK-OUT

The accommodation must be vacated at the time selected by you in the pre-checkin form since cleaning will have been scheduled for that time. If you leave after the selected time, the condominium may apply a late departure penalty of $20 for every 15 minutes of delay. In case of delay of more than one hour, in addition to charging the corresponding penalty, the condominium reserves the right to evict the guest. If you change your mind and need to check out later than your selected time, you must request this no later than 11:00 p.m. the night before so we can reschedule the cleaning.

If you need to stay at the resort after 11 a.m. you can do it until 3 p.m. In this case you must return the bracelets that were given to you at the reception just before leaving the resort.

​

LUGGAGE DEPOSIT

For check-in and check-out it is possible that the hotel can store your luggage but it will depend on the space available in its luggage hold. You can ask the bellboy directly.

​

 

If you request storage of your luggage from the hotel bellboy, we will not be responsible for any of your belongings.

​

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY:
The accommodation does not include daily cleaning service. Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure. If you require cleaning service during your stay, please notify me 48 hours in advance. It has an extra cost of $600 mexican pesos.

​

We offer laundry service upon request at a cost of $2 dollars per kilo. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and delivery is made 24 hours after picking it up.


INSECTS:
Due to the location of the condominium in the middle of so much vegetation and such a humid climate, there are insects that can enter the accommodation, such as mosquitoes, ants or field cockroaches. Although the Condominium and the interior of the accommodation are fumigated every two weeks, if you detect any insects you must notify us as soon as possible so we can send someone to apply insecticide.

TOWELS, SHEETS AND BLANKETS

We will leave a bath towel and a pool towel for each person on the reservation, including children and babies. The pool towels (blue and white) are in the closet and are the only ones you can take out of the room, but don't forget to return them. The hotel cannot provide you with towels as they are exclusive to its guests. White towels cannot leave the room and cannot be exchanged for hotel towels as the hotel towels are marked. Please do not use the towels to clean any objects or remove makeup. Also keep in mind that some sunscreens and hair dyes contain certain chemicals that are very difficult to remove. Also take care of sheets, pillowcases, and blankets as if they were your own.

hand towels and pillowcases $5 USD

Blankets $10 USD

Replacement costs:

Body and pool towels $40 USD
hand towels and pillowcases $20 USD
Sheets $30 USD​ per set
Blankets $50 USD

If you require a change of towels during your stay, you must request it 24 hours in advance. Both services will be subject to availability. The cost of changing towels is $2 USD per towel and sheets and pillowcases are $10 per set.

POLICIES AND RULES OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND THE RESORT:

​

* The number of people (adults and children) selected when making your reservation must exactly match the people who will check in upon arrival.

* Date changes are not accepted within 60 days prior to arrival date. Please review the cancellation policies.

* We do not accept reservations from people who book for family or friends and are not staying with them.

* Parties or pets are not accepted. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

* We are not responsible for valuables, so we ask you to keep them in the accommodation's safe deposit box.

* According to legislation in Mexico, the resort and accommodation are "SMOKE FREE" places. However, for your convenience there are some outdoor smoking places located in the common areas of the resort (please ask at reception or security staff). If you smoke inside the accommodation, you could be fined $125USD

* Extra laundry cost in case of stains: Coverlets and mattress protectors $5 USD each / Body or pool towels and sheets $3 USD each / Hand towels and pillowcases $2 USD each. Replacement Costs: Body and pool towels $40 USD / Hand towels and pillowcases $20 USD / Sheets $100 USD​ per set / Bedspreads and mattress protectors $100 USD​

* In Mexico, the consumption or sale of narcotics and the carrying of firearms is prohibited. Should guests engage in illegal activities, hotel security may be forced to call authorities.* We ask that you take care of the common areas of the resort and the condominium and especially the Accommodation and its contents as if they were yours, since in the event of damage caused by you or your companions you could be responsible even beyond the deposit for unforeseen events.
