Resort Fee for Airbnb Reservations
What is the Resort Fee?
The Resort Fee gives our guests access to the beach, swimming pools, the children's water park, authentic Mayan ruins, and many other amenities within the resort where Pirámide Sol is located.
Access to these areas is controlled by security personnel through identification wristbands, which we provide to our guests after the Resort Fee has been paid. In addition, guests who purchase the resort fee can enjoy exclusive services and benefits offered by Piramide Sol throughout their stay.
What does the Resort Fee include?
With the Resort Fee, you can enjoy all of the following amenities and benefits from 11:00 AM on your arrival day until 3:00 PM on your departure day.
Enjoy direct access to our
beautiful Caribbean beach.
Available on a first come,
first served basis.
Enjoy our family and adults-only pools open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
For children under 12,
open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Ages 4–12 may join independently.
Under 4 with a parent.
Explore authentic Mayan ruins
within the resort.
Available before check-in and after
check-out. Ask your host for details.
One parking space per reservation.
First come, first served.
Resort activities and events.
Some may require an additional fee.

How to Purchase?
① Complete Your Online Check-in
Approximately three days before your arrival, you will receive a message from your host through the Airbnb platform with a link to complete your online check-in. During the online check-in, you will be asked whether you plan to use the resort amenities and benefits described on this page.
✅ IF YOU CHOOSE “YES”
Your host will send you a secure payment link to purchase the Resort Fee. Once payment is completed, you will have access to the resort amenities and benefits included with the Resort Fee.
❌ IF YOU CHOOSE “NO”
You may still stay in your accommodation, but you will not have access to the resort amenities and benefits described on this page, as access is controlled by the resort's security staff through Resort Fee wristbands.
② Receive and Complete Your Airbnb Payment Request
If you choose to use the resort amenities during the online check-in, your host will send you a payment request through the Airbnb platform. The payment request will include the total Resort Fee based on the number of guests and the length of your stay. Simply complete the payment using your preferred payment method already saved in your Airbnb account. Once your payment is complete, simply send your host a screenshot of the payment confirmation through the Airbnb chat so your Resort Fee wristbands can be prepared before your arrival.
How to receive your wristband(s)?
Once your payment has been confirmed, your Resort Fee wristbands will be prepared for your arrival.
Guests who purchase the Resort Fee may access the resort amenities starting at 11:00 AM on their check-in day, even if their accommodation is not ready yet.
🕚 If You Arrive Between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM
• Send us a message when you arrive.
• If you have already received our message that your accommodation is ready, go directly there. Your wristband(s) will be waiting inside, next to the snack basket.
• If you have not yet received our message, a member of the condominium staff will deliver your wristband(s) to the Pirámide Sol Building Lobby (the building on the right).
• If you need luggage storage before check-in, just ask us for the information.
🕒 If You Arrive After 3:00 PM
• Go directly to your accommodation.
• Your wristband(s) will be waiting for you inside, next to the snack basket.
• If there are any extra wristbands, please leave them in the room.
